What area do you serve?+
Windy City Elite operates in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex, Texas. Enter the Texas service address during booking so travel and location eligibility can be confirmed.
Do I need to provide water or power?+
Not always. Each service records its requirements, and the booking form asks what is available at your location.
Is the $25 deposit applied to my balance?+
The standard deposit secures the selected time and is applied according to the deposit terms shown during booking.
How are travel fees calculated?+
Up to 20 minutes is included; 21–30 minutes is $20, 31–45 is $35, and 46–60 is $50. Travel over one hour requires a custom quote.
Is travel free on larger services?+
Eligible services of $300 or more may receive no travel charge within one hour when that pricing rule applies.
Do you service semis, RVs, boats, and buses?+
Yes. Semi-truck, RV, camper, boat-interior, bus, and coach detailing are available with size- and condition-based starting prices.
When does fleet pricing begin?+
Fleet pricing begins at five eligible vehicles: 5–9 receives 10% off, 10–19 receives 15% off, 20–39 receives 20% off, and 40+ receives custom contract pricing.
What happens in severe weather?+
Safety and service quality come first. Affected appointments may be moved to an available replacement time.
